COMPASS GROUP LLC ("we") provides accounting, bookkeeping and auditing, tax consulting, business and management consulting, and rents and operates real estate. COMPASS GROUP LLC is an independent Ukrainian company. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Clients
Contacts of owners and managers, engagement letters and invoices.
3. Data we process for clients
To keep books and payroll, we process personal data of our clients' employees, contractors and customers as a processor under a written agreement. This includes salary data and tax numbers, accessible only to assigned staff and stored in secured systems.
4. Professional secrecy and monitoring
Client information is confidential. Where the law requires us to perform client identification under financial monitoring rules, we do so and keep the records for the required period.
5. Office tenants and visitors
Tenant contracts and visitor registration at reception.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, accounting, audit, financial monitoring), legitimate interests (security).
7. Recipients
Tax authorities and banks on client instructions, IT and archive providers. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Accounting records: as required by law.
- Audit working papers: as required by audit standards.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
